HIRING AGREEMENT

Job Description

As a Solar scheduling assistant and member of our team, you are primarily responsible for calling and texting our clients' leads to book them for an appointment with the solar specialist.

Your Duties Will Include (But Are Not Limited to)

◦ Clocking in for each shift on time

◦ Calling and texting client leads via the GHL dashboard using the scripts provided

◦ Completing all current and future training from Bright Idea Marketing

◦ Managing text message responses

◦ Doing your best to be a great communicator when working with clients’ leads and other team members

◦ Submitting your end of day report at the end of each shift
◦ Posting in slack when you take Lunch or pre-scheduled breaks

Role Requirements

- On-Time Clock Ins (Must be 100%, Every Day)

If you don't show up for your shift on time it can result in disciplinary action up to and including delay of your eligibility for future promotions, pay raises and the use of PTO and even possible termination.

- HubStaff Required

The company will have access to your screenshots and we will have the ability to see your desktop, the websites the you use, and the apps that you use. Screenshots will be taken around every 2 minutes, 30 screenshots per hour. If Bright Idea Marketing discovers you use a software or bot to try to circumvent the system by automatically clicking or moving around the screen or in whatever way, you will be immediately terminated and unpaid hours will not be paid. This is a violation of trust and will not be tolerated.

- Monthly Average of 70% Activity Level or Higher

The company will have access to your screenshots and we will have the ability to see your desktop, the websites you use, and the apps that use. Screenshots will be taken every 2 minutes, 30 screenshots per hour.

- End Of Day Reports Will Be Submitted at the End of Every Shift (not the next day)

Late submission of an end of report can result in disciplinary action up to and including delay of your eligibility for future promotions, pay raises and the use of PTO and even possible termination.

- End Of Day Reports Must be Accurate

False data or information submitted on an end of day report by you can result in disciplinary action up to and including delay of your eligibility for future promotions, pay raises and the use of PTO and even possible termination.

- Time off

All requests for time off from a regular shift(s) must be requested at least two weeks in advance of the date and time being requested and approved by a Bright Idea Marketing Team lead.

- PTO & Benefits

PTO is a benefit that is separate from your wages. Once PTO is earned it must still meet requirements in the terms and conditions below to be utilized. All PTO payouts are at the full discretion of the company and can be denied for any reason.

PTO must be used in 4 hour (half shift) increments.

Your request to use your PTO balance must be submitted at least 14 calendar days before the date being

requested.

You must have asked a fellow team member that has agreed to cover your shift.

Your PTO Balance at the time of your request must be able to cover the time being requested.

Equipment and Hardware

You are responsible for paying for your own equipment, hardware, or software in order to complete the work required by Bright idea Marketing. This includes, but is not limited to, laptops, headsets, microphones, internet access etc.

Final Notes

From time to time, Bright Idea Marketing may change your title, responsibilities and/or reporting structure in order to adjust to changing business needs; however, your total compensation package shall not be decreased as a result of any of these changes. The contractor acknowledges and understands the confidential nature of the information to which they are privy and recognizes Bright Idea Marketing's proprietary right to maintain and guard all their employee and client information and intellectual property. The contractor therefore shall not disclose any confidential information, or use this information in any way, present or future, other than in the normal course of his/her contract with Bright Idea Marketing. This offer will constitute the entire agreement between us with respect to your working with Bright Idea Marketing. We look forward to having you join us and wish you success in your new position.
